When using a wallet, you may encounter various issues during connection, approval, or transactions.

Please find the issue that best matches your situation below and follow the steps in order.


๐Ÿ”— Wallet Connection Issues

โ“ Wallet Does Not Connect on iOS

On iOS devices, the wallet connection button may not appear directly on the game screen.

How to Fix 1๏ธโƒฃ Go to NPC Alopex, located northwest of Rotten hill.

2๏ธโƒฃ Talk to Alopex, then open your inventory to receive the โ€œCall the Foxโ€ item.

3๏ธโƒฃ Use this item to manually open the wallet connection window.

๐Ÿ“Œ This item does not disappear and can be used anytime wallet connection is needed.


โ“ Wallet Fails to Connect

If the wallet does not connect, check the following in order:

  • Close and reopen both the game app and wallet app

  • Confirm the wallet network is set to BNB Smart Chain

  • Verify that the wallet address is the one you intend to connect

After checking these, try connecting again.


โ“ App Crashes During Wallet Connection

If the app closes unexpectedly while connecting a wallet, it may be due to a device-related issue.

โณ Transaction Delay & Approval Issues

โ“ Slow Response or Items Not Received Immediately

Blockchain transactions may be delayed during periods of high network traffic.

If you have already completed Confirm in your wallet: โ†’ Please wait up to 30 minutes.

Once a transaction is approved, it cannot be canceled or modified until processing is complete.

โฑ๏ธ If there is no response after 30 minutes, please send:

  • In-game nickname

  • Approximate transaction time

โ“ Transaction Approval (Confirm) Does Not Proceed

Sometimes, the approval request appears in the wallet but the transaction does not proceed.

Common causes include:

  • Wallet app issues

  • Network congestion

  • Gas fee set too low automatically


โ“ When You Need to Adjust the Gas Fee Manually

If the network is congested or gas fees are too low, transactions may remain pending for a long time.

Increasing the gas fee in MetaMask can speed up processing.

โœ… Easiest Solution: Switch to โ€œLow / Market / Aggressiveโ€ MetaMask allows you to adjust fees in three levels on the confirmation screen.

2๏ธโƒฃ Select Low / Market / Aggressive

Do Not Lower the Gas Limit


๐ŸŽฎ NFT & Asset Display Issues

โ“ Purchased NFT Does Not Appear In-Game

In some cases, NFT ownership is already confirmed on the blockchain, but the game database update is delayed.

Please send the following information:

  • NFT ID

  • Approximate transaction time

โ“ Want to Cancel a Pending Transaction

A pending transaction can be canceled by sending a 0 BNB transaction with the same nonce and a higher gas fee to overwrite it.
