🌐 Add the BNB Smart Chain Network

EXTOCIUM runs on BNB Smart Chain. To play the game properly, you must add the BNB Smart Chain network to your wallet.

Follow the steps below in order to complete the setup.

✅ STEP 1. Install a Wallet App

First, install the wallet app you’ll be using.

• MetaMask

• Trust Wallet

Please install only from the official app store or the official website.

⚠️ Important Notice

When installing your wallet, a Recovery Phrase (Seed Phrase) will be generated. Make sure to write it down on paper and store it in a safe place.

This information is extremely important. If it is lost, your wallet cannot be recovered.

🦊Add BNB Smart Chain to MetaMask

✅ STEP 2. Go to the Network Settings

1️⃣ Open the MetaMask app. 2️⃣ Tap (or click) the network selector at the top of the screen.

This area is where you manage the network currently in use.

By default, MetaMask is set to Ethereum Mainnet.

👉 When using EXTOCIUM, the network must always be set to BNB Smart Chain.

✅ STEP 3. Select BNB Smart Chain (Mobile)

1️⃣ In the MetaMask app, go to the [Tokens] screen at the bottom.

2️⃣ Tap the network name shown at the top (e.g. Ethereum, BNB Chain).

3️⃣ From the network list, select BNB Chain.

✅ Once selected, the wallet network will automatically switch to BNB Smart Chain.

🔎 How to Confirm the Network Setup

If the following conditions are met, the setup is complete:

• BNB Chain / BNB Smart Chain is displayed at the top or on the token screen

• The screen switches to show your BNB balance

❓ If BNB Smart Chain Does Not Appear (Manual Add)

If the network does not appear automatically, you can add it manually.

1️⃣ Tap “Add Network” 2️⃣ Select “Custom Network” (top-right) 3️⃣ Enter the information below, then tap “Save”

📌 If the network is shown as BNB Smart Chain, it has been added successfully.

🛡️ Check BNB Smart Chain in Trust Wallet

Trust Wallet includes BNB Smart Chain by default. However, it may not be visible immediately, so please check and enable it manually.

✅ STEP 1. Check via “Manage Crypto”

1️⃣ Open the Trust Wallet app. 2️⃣ On the main screen, tap [Manage Crypto] (shown near the bottom or middle of the token list). 3️⃣ A list of available networks and tokens will appear.

✅ STEP 2. Enable BNB Smart Chain (Important)

1️⃣ Find BNB Smart Chain in the list. 2️⃣ Check whether the toggle on the right is turned on. 3️⃣ If it is off, turn it on to enable it.

You may see multiple BNB-related networks.

• ❌ Other networks with similar names

👉 Be sure to select BNB Smart Chain.
