# Common Issues

## ❓ **Purchased item or NFT not showing**

#### ◾ When a BNB-purchased item is not showing

Items purchased with BNB are **not equipped immediately** \
and are delivered as a **box in your inventory**.

👇 How to check

* Open your **Inventory** and look for the **box item**.
* Select the box and press **Use** to receive the item.

👇 Refund notice

* You can request a refund by selecting **Refund** **before** using the item.
* Items that have been used **cannot be refunded**.
* Any **network fees (BNB fees)** incurred during purchase or refund are the user’s responsibility.

#### ◾ When an NFT purchase is not showing

NFTs are **not delivered directly to your inventory**.

👇 How to check

* Check your **in-game Mailbox** for the NFT.
* After claiming the NFT from the mail, you can find it in your **Equipment Bag**.

#### ◾ When the purchase does not appear immediately

* Right after purchase, a **PROGRESS…** message may appear at the top of the screen while processing.
* Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, it may take a short time for the result to be reflected.

👉 Please wait a moment and check again.

#### ◾ If it’s still not showing

* Reconfirm the type of content you purchased (**BNB item or NFT**).
* If you have checked all the locations above and the issue persists,\
  please refer to the **next section in Common Issues**.

#### ◾ BNB로 구매한 아이템이 보이지 않을 때

BNB로 구매한 아이템은 **바로 장착되지 않으며, 인벤토리의 상자로 지급됩니다.**

👇 확인 방법

* 인벤토리를 열어 **상자 아이템**을 확인합니다.
* 상자를 선택한 후 **사용하기** 버튼을 누르면 아이템을 획득할 수 있습니다.

👇 환불 안내

* 아이템을 **사용하기 전**에는 **환불하기 버튼을 눌러 환불이 가능합니다.**
* 한 번이라도 사용한 아이템은 환불할 수 없습니다.
* 구매 및 환불 시 발생하는 **네트워크 수수료(BNB fee)는 본인 부담**입니다.

#### ◾ NFT를 구매했는데 보이지 않을 때

NFT는 인벤토리로 바로 지급되지 않습니다.

👇 확인 방법

* 인게임 **메일함**에서 NFT를 확인합니다.
* 메일에서 NFT를 수령하면 **장비 가방**에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

#### ◾ 구매 후 바로 보이지 않는 경우

* 구매 직후에는 화면 상단에 **PROGRESS…** 메시지가 표시되며 처리 중일 수 있습니다.
* 블록체인 거래 특성상 반영까지 **약간의 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.**

👉 잠시 기다린 후 다시 확인해 주세요.

#### ◾ 그래도 보이지 않는 경우

* 구매한 콘텐츠의 종류(BNB 아이템 / NFT)를 다시 확인합니다.
* 위 경로를 모두 확인했음에도 문제가 해결되지 않는다면 \
  **Common Issues의 다음 항목**을 확인해 주세요.

#### ◾ BNBで購入したアイテムが表示されない場合

BNBで購入したアイテムは、**すぐに装備されず**、**インベントリ内のボックスとして支給**されます。

👇 確認方法

* **インベントリ**を開き、**ボックスアイテム**を確認します。
* ボックスを選択し、**使用する**ボタンを押すとアイテムを獲得できます。

👇 返金について

* アイテムを**使用する前**であれば、**返金する**ボタンを選択して返金が可能です。
* 一度でも使用したアイテムは返金できません。
* 購入および返金時に発生する**ネットワーク手数料（BNB fee）は自己負担**となります。

#### ◾ NFTを購入したが表示されない場合

NFTは**インベントリに直接支給されません**。

👇 確認方法

* インゲームの**メールボックス**でNFTを確認します。
* メールからNFTを受け取ると、**装備バッグ**で確認できます。

#### ◾ 購入後すぐに表示されない場合

* 購入直後は、画面上部に **PROGRESS…** と表示され、処理が進行中の場合があります。
* ブロックチェーン取引の特性上、反映までに**少し時間がかかる**ことがあります。

👉 しばらく待ってから、再度確認してください。

#### ◾ それでも表示されない場合

* 購入したコンテンツの種類（**BNBアイテム / NFT**）を再度確認してください。
* 上記のすべてを確認しても解決しない場合は、\
  **Common Issues の次の項目**をご確認ください。

#### ◾ Cannot enter “.” or “,” when setting the price

👉 Change your device language settings to English and try again.

#### ◾ Supported Wallets

EXTOCIUM currently supports the following wallets:

* MetaMask
* Trust Wallet

If you are using a different wallet, transaction requests may not appear.

#### ◾ Make Sure Your Wallet Is Active

* Your wallet app must be **open and active** before starting a transaction.
* If the wallet app is completely closed, the transaction request will not appear.

👉 Open your wallet app first, then try again.

#### ◾ Check Network Settings (Important)

* Your wallet network must be set to **BNB Chain**.
* If the network is set to another chain (e.g. Ethereum), the transaction request may not appear.

👉 Switch to **BNB Chain** in your wallet and retry.

***

#### ◾ If You Have Multiple Wallet Accounts

* If your wallet contains multiple accounts,\
  make sure the **account connected to the game is currently active**.
* If a different account is selected, the transaction request may not appear.

***

#### ◾ If the Transaction Request Still Does Not Appear

Try the steps below **in order**:

1️⃣ Close the wallet app\
2️⃣ Close the game app\
3️⃣ Open the wallet app and confirm the network is set to BNB Chain\
4️⃣ Launch the game again\
5️⃣ Retry the transaction

👉 In most cases, this resolves the issue.

#### ◾ Notes

* Transaction approval requests are displayed in your wallet app.
* Do not close the game while waiting for the transaction request to appear.

* 지갑은 **미리 실행된 상태**여야 게임과 연결됩니다.
* 지갑 앱이 완전히 종료된 상태에서는 거래 요청이 나타나지 않습니다.

👉 거래를 진행하기 전, 지갑 앱을 먼저 실행해 주세요.

#### ◾ 네트워크 설정 확인 (중요)

* 지갑의 네트워크가 **BNB Chain**으로 설정되어 있어야 합니다.
* 다른 네트워크(Ethereum 등)로 설정된 경우n 거래 요청이 나타나지 않을 수 있습니다.

👉 지갑 앱에서 **BNB Chain**으로 변경한 후 다시 시도해 주세요.

#### ◾ 지갑이 여러 개인 경우

* 지갑에 여러 계정이 있는 경우, **게임과 연결된 지갑 계정이 현재 열려 있는지** 확인해 주세요.
* 다른 지갑 계정이 활성화되어 있으면 거래 요청이 표시되지 않을 수 있습니다.

#### ◾ 그래도 거래 요청이 나타나지 않는 경우

아래 순서대로 다시 시도해 주세요.

1️⃣ 지갑 앱 종료\
2️⃣ 게임 앱 종료\
3️⃣ 지갑 앱 실행 (BNB Chain 설정 확인)\
4️⃣ 게임 앱 실행\
5️⃣ 다시 거래 시도

👉 대부분의 경우 위 방법으로 문제가 해결됩니다.

* 거래 요청은 지갑 앱에서 표시됩니다.
* 거래 요청이 표시될 때까지 게임 화면을 종료하지 마세요.

* 取引を行う前に、**ウォレットアプリが起動している状態**である必要があります。
* ウォレットアプリが完全に終了している場合、取引リクエストは表示されません。

👉 先にウォレットアプリを起動してから、再度お試しください。

#### ◾ ネットワーク設定の確認（重要）

* ウォレットのネットワークが **BNB Chain** に設定されている必要があります。
* Ethereumなど、他のネットワークに設定されている場合、\
  取引リクエストが表示されないことがあります。

👉 ウォレットで **BNB Chain** に切り替えてから再度お試しください。

#### ◾ 複数のウォレットアカウントを使用している場合

* ウォレットに複数のアカウントがある場合、\
  **ゲームと連携しているアカウントが現在選択されているか**を確認してください。
* 別のアカウントが選択されていると、取引リクエストが表示されないことがあります。

***

#### ◾ それでも取引リクエストが表示されない場合

以下の手順を**上から順に**お試しください。

1️⃣ ウォレットアプリを終了\
2️⃣ ゲームアプリを終了\
3️⃣ ウォレットアプリを起動し、BNB Chainに設定されているか確認\
4️⃣ ゲームアプリを起動\
5️⃣ 再度取引を試す

👉 ほとんどの場合、この手順で問題が解決します。

* 取引の承認リクエストは、ウォレットアプリ側に表示されます。
* 取引リクエストが表示されるまで、ゲーム画面を終了しないでください。

#### ◾ When a BNB transaction is completed but not reflected immediately

Transactions made with BNB are processed through the blockchain network,\
so they may not be reflected instantly.

#### ◾ Check the processing status

* After selecting **Confirm** in your wallet, \
  a **PROGRESS…** message will appear at the top of the game screen.
* This indicates that the transaction is being **processed normally**.

👉 While **PROGRESS…** is displayed, please do not close the app and wait for a moment.

***

#### ◾ Processing time

* Depending on network conditions, \
  it may take from **a few minutes up to** **30 minutes** for the transaction to be reflected.
* This is not an error, but part of the **normal blockchain transaction process**.

***

#### ◾ Why you should not purchase again

* If you purchase the same item again before the transaction is reflected,\
  **duplicate payments may occur**.
* Please **do not make additional purchases** until the process is fully completed.

***

#### ◾ If the transaction is still not reflected after some time

Please check the following in order:

1️⃣ Confirm that the transaction is completed in your wallet history\
2️⃣ Fully close the game and restart it\
3️⃣ Recheck your Inventory / Mailbox / Transaction history

***

#### ◾ **Important notice**

* All BNB transactions incur a **network fee (BNB fee)**.

#### ◾ BNB 거래가 완료됐는데 바로 반영되지 않을 때

* 이는 오류가 아닌 **블록체인 거래의 정상적인 처리 과정**입니다.

#### ◾ 다시 구매하면 안 되는 이유

* 거래가 아직 반영되지 않았다고 해서 같은 상품을 다시 구매하면 **중복 결제**가 발생할 수 있습니다.
* 반영이 완료되기 전까지는 **추가 구매를 진행하지 마세요.**

#### ◾ 일정 시간이 지나도 반영되지 않는 경우

아래 사항을 순서대로 확인해 주세요.

1️⃣ 지갑 거래 내역에서 거래가 완료되었는지 확인\
2️⃣ 게임을 완전히 종료한 후 다시 실행\
3️⃣ 인벤토리 / 메일함 / 거래 내역 다시 확인

以下の項目を順にご確認ください。

1️⃣ ウォレットの取引履歴で取引が完了しているか確認\
2️⃣ ゲームを完全に終了し、再起動\
3️⃣ インベントリ / メールボックス / 取引履歴を再確認
