โ—พ When a BNB-purchased item is not showing

Items purchased with BNB are not equipped immediately and are delivered as a box in your inventory.

๐Ÿ‘‡ How to check

  • Open your Inventory and look for the box item.

  • Select the box and press Use to receive the item.

๐Ÿ‘‡ Refund notice

  • You can request a refund by selecting Refund before using the item.

  • Items that have been used cannot be refunded.

  • Any network fees (BNB fees) incurred during purchase or refund are the userโ€™s responsibility.


โ—พ When an NFT purchase is not showing

NFTs are not delivered directly to your inventory.

๐Ÿ‘‡ How to check

  • Check your in-game Mailbox for the NFT.

  • After claiming the NFT from the mail, you can find it in your Equipment Bag.


โ—พ When the purchase does not appear immediately

  • Right after purchase, a PROGRESSโ€ฆ message may appear at the top of the screen while processing.

  • Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, it may take a short time for the result to be reflected.

โ—พ If itโ€™s still not showing

  • Reconfirm the type of content you purchased (BNB item or NFT).

  • If you have checked all the locations above and the issue persists, please refer to the next section in Common Issues.


โ“ Transaction request not showing

๐Ÿ‘‰ Change your device language settings to English and try again.

โ—พ Supported Wallets

EXTOCIUM currently supports the following wallets:

  • MetaMask

  • Trust Wallet

If you are using a different wallet, transaction requests may not appear.


โ—พ Make Sure Your Wallet Is Active

  • Your wallet app must be open and active before starting a transaction.

  • If the wallet app is completely closed, the transaction request will not appear.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Open your wallet app first, then try again.


โ—พ Check Network Settings (Important)

  • Your wallet network must be set to BNB Chain.

  • If the network is set to another chain (e.g. Ethereum), the transaction request may not appear.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Switch to BNB Chain in your wallet and retry.


โ—พ If You Have Multiple Wallet Accounts

  • If your wallet contains multiple accounts, make sure the account connected to the game is currently active.

  • If a different account is selected, the transaction request may not appear.


โ—พ If the Transaction Request Still Does Not Appear

Try the steps below in order:

1๏ธโƒฃ Close the wallet app 2๏ธโƒฃ Close the game app 3๏ธโƒฃ Open the wallet app and confirm the network is set to BNB Chain 4๏ธโƒฃ Launch the game again 5๏ธโƒฃ Retry the transaction

  • Transaction approval requests are displayed in your wallet app.

  • Do not close the game while waiting for the transaction request to appear.


โ“ Transaction completed but not reflected yet

โ—พ When a BNB transaction is completed but not reflected immediately

Transactions made with BNB are processed through the blockchain network, so they may not be reflected instantly.


โ—พ Check the processing status

  • After selecting Confirm in your wallet, a PROGRESSโ€ฆ message will appear at the top of the game screen.

  • This indicates that the transaction is being processed normally.

๐Ÿ‘‰ While PROGRESSโ€ฆ is displayed, please do not close the app and wait for a moment.


โ—พ Processing time

  • Depending on network conditions, it may take from a few minutes up to 30 minutes for the transaction to be reflected.

  • This is not an error, but part of the normal blockchain transaction process.


โ—พ Why you should not purchase again

  • If you purchase the same item again before the transaction is reflected, duplicate payments may occur.

  • Please do not make additional purchases until the process is fully completed.


โ—พ If the transaction is still not reflected after some time

Please check the following in order:

1๏ธโƒฃ Confirm that the transaction is completed in your wallet history 2๏ธโƒฃ Fully close the game and restart it 3๏ธโƒฃ Recheck your Inventory / Mailbox / Transaction history
