Distribute 21% of EXTOCIUM’s paid item operating profit to XTO holders

EXTOCIUM의 유료 아이템 영업이익의 21%를 XTO홀더에게 분배

• EXTOCIUM uses “energy” as a paid item, the most important time commodity to mine more XTO. This is a concept similar to a monthly payment.

• By using BNB payment for this paid payment, most of the 20-25% platform fee paid for existing mobile platforms (Google, IOS) can be saved.

• We do not take these profits as they are, but distribute them to XTO holders.

• Distributions are paid according to the holding ratio of the entire XTO pool, excluding the amount of XTO owned by the company.

• The amount is paid in BNB, a payment coin, and automatically settled every 3 months to the wallet linked to the game account.

• However, if the BNB transaction fee is greater than the distribution or the sales do not exceed the minimum development cost, the distribution will not be made.

• If international laws regarding virtual coin revenue are enacted, tax obligations on income are the responsibility of the XTO holders themselves.

• If this clause conflicts with newly amended laws, it is stated that the method may be changed.

• EXTOCIUM은 XTO를 더 많이 채굴하기 위한 가장 중요한 시간 재화인 "에너지"를 유료 아이템으로 사용한다. 이것은 월정액과 비슷한 개념이다.

• 이 유료 결제에 BNB결제를 사용함으로써, 기존 모바일 플랫폼 (구글, IOS)에 지불하던 20~25%가량의 플랫폼 수수료 중 대부분을 절약할 수 있게 된다.

• 우리는 이러한 이익을 개발사가 그대로 가져가지 않고, XTO홀더에게 배분한다.

• 기업이 가진 XTO분량을 제외한 전체 XTO 풀에서 보유 비율에 의거하여 분배금을 지급한다. 해당 금액은 결제 코인인 BNB로 지급되며, 게임 계정에 연결된 지갑으로 3개월 마다 자동 정산된다.

• 단, BNB 거래 수수료가 분배금보다 크거나, 매출액이 최소 개발비용을 넘지 못할 경우 분배하지 아니한다.

• 가상 코인 수익에 관한 국제적 법률이 제정될 경우, 소득에 대한 세금의 의무는 XTO 홀더 본인의 책임으로 한다.

• 이 조항이 신규로 개정되는 법에 저촉될 경우, 방법이 변경될 수 있음을 명시한다.
