❓Unable to connect the wallet

If the wallet doesn't connect, please close both the game app and the MetaMask app and try reconnecting. Additionally, check the following!

👉 Ensure the network is set to BSC. 👉 Make sure the screen is switched to the wallet address that needs to be connected to the game.

❓App crash when connecting the wallet

If the app crashes and closes when connecting the wallet, please contact [e-mail]. It would be helpful to include the device model, game nickname, and a detailed description of the issue!

❓Response delay

Due to the nature of the blockchain, there may be delays during peak times. If an item is not received or a transaction is incomplete after confirming through MetaMask, please wait about 30 minutes!

If the transaction is pending on the chain, wait until the chain is back to normal. (No other commands can be input in the meantime.)

❓Transaction approval failure

Occasionally, transactions may not be approved even after being requested in MetaMask. This could be due to an internal MetaMask error or an issue with automatically setting the Gas fee.

❓Force setting Gas Fee

Most transfer errors will resolve automatically over time. However, if you need to make a transfer urgently, you can try to force set the Gas Fee as follows:

👉 When sending tokens, press the Send button in the MetaMask app to bring up the confirmation request window.

👉In this window, touch the Estimated gas fee part marked with a red check.

👉When the Edit priority popup appears, touch the Advanced options at the bottom.

👉 In most cases of Gas fee errors, the checked part will be set to 1 GWEI. 👉 Change this value to 3 GWEI or higher, then press the Save button.

❓ NFT purchase not reflected in the game

Even if you have completed the NFT transaction and become the owner on the blockchain, there may be instances where the game database is not updated. If your purchased NFT does not appear in the game, please send your NFT ID and approximate transaction time to [e-mail]. We will verify the details and update the ownership in the game database.

❓지갑 연결 시 크래시 현상

❓응답 지연 현상

❓ NFT 구매 후 게임에 반영되지 않는 경우
