โ I'm not receiving transaction requests on MetaMask. ๐ Currently, EXTOCIUM only supports account connections via the mobile version of MetaMask. Ensure you are attempting to connect through the mobile version of MetaMask. Make sure the MetaMask network is set to the BNB Smart Chain.
When conducting transactions in-game, the MetaMask wallet linked to your game account must be pre-activated. It is common for transaction requests not to appear when using multiple accounts in MetaMask. Close both the game app and the MetaMask app, and before starting the game, launch MetaMask. Enter the MetaMask app and locate the MetaMask account linked to your game account. Once that MetaMask account is displayed on the screen, start the game. The game will automatically link the wallet to the game account, and the transaction request should arrive correctly.
โ My transaction isn't going through. ๐ Please close both the MetaMask and game apps. First, launch MetaMask and verify that the wallet address is the one connected to the game. Then, launch the game and click the connect button.
โ I completed a BNB transaction, but I haven't received the item. ๐ Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, there may be a slight delay. Please wait up to 30 minutes. If the item doesn't arrive after 30 minutes, the transaction will automatically be cancelled.
