🪐Skill Rune Crafting

To craft materials for skill runes, you need to acquire a crafting method in Training > Mineralogy. There are four materials required to craft a Skill Rune. See the image below.
Once you have crafted the materials, you can head to Rotten Hill > Magic Shop > Ashurbanipal Library and talk to the NPC Omael. Giving Omael the final skill rune materials will allow him to craft a random Skill Rune.
Skill Runes are randomly generated through a combination system each time they are crafted. For more details, please refer to the information below.
✅Skill Rune Combination System
Skill runes have four shapes and seven colors. Skill rune slots also have four shapes and seven colors. Each skill rune slot is randomly set when it is <Successioned>, and you will be able to equip a skill rune with the same shape and color as the skill rune slot. 1️⃣Each rune shape has a limited number of special effects that can be rooted. As you go from square to circle, the rooting pool gets wider and the values get higher.

2️⃣Once the shape and effect of the skill rune is determined, the colour of the skill rune is randomly generated.

3️⃣The special effects probabilistically selected at '1️⃣' are as follows:

Facing up | Reduces the target’s skill critical bonus value by n% for n seconds. |
Anti Stun | When the target triggers a ‘stun’ effect, there’s a n% chance to evade it for n seconds. |
Anti Heal | When the target uses a healing skill, the amount of healing is reduced by n% for n seconds. |
Reload | Increases the reload count of Succession skills by +1. |
Extension | Increases the duration of each installed skill rune by n seconds. |
Digest | Removes the target’s food buff with a n% chance. |
If you have equipped the same skill rune effects, the effect duration will be chosen from the longest one, and the effect values will be added together. For example, if you’ve equipped two defense runes, one with a 3-second duration and a 10% value, and another with a 7-second duration and a 12% value, the resulting effect will be 22% for 7 seconds.
